DB3DB3 peptide fused with amyL signal peptide
DB3DB3 is a peptide designed for inhibition of amyloid beta aggregation [1]. It has also shown to have inhibitory effects on curli fibre elongation [2].
amyL is a signal peptide for secretion, originating from a heat- and pH-stable α-amylase of Bacillus licheniformis [3]. It has been shown to successfully cause secretion in L. reuteri when fused with GFP [4].
